My client, a leading international user experience research software enterprise, is currently recruiting for a Client Services Manager. My client is expanding due to massive project wins & if you are looking for career progression with a role you can make your own this is the role for you.
Remuneration: €100,000 per annum plus bonus, commission & benefits
The role:
The client services manager will be working very closely with the business development manager to ensure all sales opportunities will be optimised.
You will also be expected to:
Assist assigned sales representatives to ensure a smooth transition from sale to campaign execution to campaign wrap-up.
Collecting/ organising creative and trafficking assets received from the client - acting as liaison between the client and their internal traffic and creative/production departments.
Work with clients to discuss and analyze reports and delivery results, and address any concerns with client's regarding performance, etc.
You will be Working in tandem with sales representatives on building client relationships, which would include:
Being involved and kept abreast of client expectations and deliverables.
Garnering a true understanding of the client's needs/goals.
Being in regular contact with client to ensure their needs are met, answer questions they may have, etc.
Identifying and working with sales to close up-sell opportunities.
Experience required:
User Experience knowledge is a must
Ideally from an Account Management, Project Management or Research background
Excellent sales background
