Client: Multibillion dollar, international semiconductor design and manufacturer that is a leader in both product diversity and product innovation. This highly integrated producer is implementing a Project Management Office (PMO) and is recruiting senior project managers with "hands-on" design experience to join this team and improve project management for Mixed Signal ICs, subsystems, SIP and SOCs.
This critical leadership position will require a diverse set of skills as they establish ownership of the project plans for mixed-signal IC product development from initial specification to final delivery. This will rely on effective collaboration with the design team, customers and the suppliers to establish and deliver projects on-time and on budget.
This is not an administrative coordination role; but rather a veteran project manager that can leverage their own personal design experience to contribute to the direction and progress of projects. As such, it requires M.S. or Bachelor's degree in EE and Professional Project Management certification (any of PMI, IPMA, APM) and at least 5 years of design experience and 5+ years of IC project management experience.
